Do I need to create an account to place an order?

What payment terms do you offer?

For all purchases, our standard payment terms are net 30.

Are we able to place recurring orders?

Of course! Recurring orders may be set up in pre-determined increments if you're purchasing online or for any time period if you'd like to use a purchase agreement.

What is Multi-directional stretch?

Multi-directional stretch is a fabric developed specifically for the medical industry to deliver optimal pressure redistribution and prevent pressure injuries & sores.

What is a 70D Nylon cover?

70D stands for 70 denier. Denier is the measurement indicating the linear mass density of the nylon. A lower denier count means the fabric will be lighter, smoother, softer and more breathable. Light denier counts typically range from 30 - 600. We believe 70 denier nylon to be the best suited for comfort and durability in medical settings.

Are we able to brand the mattress/pad with our logo?

Yes, logos are typically placed on the edge of a mattress cover to protect it from fading due to the medical-grade cleaning products.

How do I determine the correct taper length?

Typical taper length varies depending on the equipment manufacturer. Standard taper lengths are:

  • Stryker - 12" at head, 4" at foot
  • Hillrom - 8" at head only, no taper at foot
  • Midmark/Pedigo - Typically 6" at both head and foot

Ultimately, taper length is a preference. Let us know what taper length best suits the needs of your facility.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically delivered within 3-4 weeks of purchase.

Can we use our own shipping account to deliver our order?

How are the products packaged?

All mattresses and pads are individually boxed and shipped.

What is the per unit shipping size and weight?

Shipping sizes will vary depending on the size of the mattress/pad, but typically the boxed dimensions will range from 39" x 7" x 30" to 39" x 13" x 36". Stretcher pads weigh between 15 - 20lbs while mattresses weigh about 30lbs.
