The Surgical Memory is created for comfort and precision in the operating room. The dual layer pad is available in 2¼” or 3” depth with the top layer consisting of 4.0lb density memory foam. Cover options include vinyl or 4 Way Stretch pressure reducing fabric. Both surgical cover options are anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, latex free, and are composed of 100% fluid-proof, medical grade fabric.

  • 100% medical grade green foam 
  • Non-recycled, non-allergenic, high density polyurethane with no fillers or additives

  • Exceeds Cal TB 117 CFR 1632 flammability standards 
  • Cover options: vinyl or 4-Way Stretch 
  • 12 month cover & core warranty
