Stretcher Pads

American Medical Mattress stretcher pads are sold with the option of a vinyl or Dartex™ 4-way stretch cover. All AMM cover options are anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, latex-free and have a low slip bottom.

Solace - The Solace is a single-layer foam stretcher pad providing comfort and durability for the best value. The Solace is available in 3", 4" or 5" depths.

• Non-recycled, non-allergenic, high density polyurethane with no fillers or additives
• Available in 3”, 4” & 5” depths
• Exceeds Cal TB 117 CFR 1632 flammability standards

Solace 2.0 - The Solace 2.0 is American Medical Mattress’s premium stretcher pad. Its three-layer construction features a 2.0lb density base layer, a 1.8lb density middle layer, and a 4.0lb density viscoelastic memory foam top layer.
